Yes. You pay nothing to RenewLink or to the expert who calls you. Licensed intermediaries earn a commission from the insurer only if you choose to buy or renew through them — which you're never obliged to do.
Is RenewLink an insurance company or broker?
No. RenewLink is a technology platform. We don't underwrite policies, give insurance advice, or sell products. We connect you with participating IRDAI-licensed intermediaries who handle everything from there.
Who will contact me after I book?
One participating licensed intermediary, on the number you provide, at the time you picked. RenewLink never makes sales calls, and you can ask the intermediary to stop contacting you at any point.
Will I be pushed to buy something?
